I am interested in understanding how evolution shapes the pattern of diversity we observe in genetic data, with a special attention to human evolution. I am even more interested in the reverse problem: how can we uncover and understand the major evolutionary forces that gave rise to the patterns of genetic variation we observe today?
I use my mathematical and computational skills to investigate different areas of population genetics: gene genealogies, selection, linkage disequilibrium, etc…
